How do I calculate ecommerce net profit?
Start with net sales after refunds, then deduct sourcing and shipping, platform and payment fees, ads, creator commissions, return handling, overhead and payout costs. Every assumption is editable.
Does it include return shipping and ad spend?
Yes. Enter return shipping, repacking and restocking separately. Batch calculations can allocate a period ad budget by replacing existing per-order ad spend.
Is the CNY payout the same as net profit?
No. A payout is cash flow. Profit also deducts externally paid sourcing, shipping and advertising costs. Recovered inventory is not cash received.
