TikTok exports a multi-sheet Excel workbook. Save Order details as UTF-8 CSV. For payout matching, export Payment records or bank payouts to a second CSV. Order-date GMV is not settlement-period revenue.
Optional: match payouts by payment ID
Preserve signed amounts. Check: Net sales + Shipping + Fees + Adjustments = settlement. With Reserve mapped, expected payout = settlement + signed Reserve. Unmapped reserves or timing can explain gaps. A discrepancy is a review prompt, not proof of money owed.
